shipping out of EU may have customs issues. You should be aware of the laws about importing books in your country and fees before ordering them. No reimburse will be done if you refuse the books once they arrived.
Flat-rate includes part of the shipping costs as well as the certified postage and tracking. Real shipping is more expensive than charged, but we pay for the difference (about 70€ out of EU).
No refund will be made in case of problems (loss or damage of the parcel) with carriers. You must check the parcel when it arrives and notify any damage to the carrier.
